The 24 Hour Plays: Dublin benefits Dublin Youth Theatre as one of our main fundraising events in the year.
Within 24 hours, six short plays are written, rehearsed and performed by the best of Irish writing and directing talent and over two dozen of Ireland’s most recognised and beloved stars of stage and screen.
All proceeds from this special gala fundraising event from 2015-2019 went directly to Dublin Youth Theatre thanks to the sponsorship of BNP Paribas Real Estate. The team of producers, over 30 theatre technicians, 6 playwrights, 6 directors, and over 25 actors generously volunteer their time.
Over €107,000 has been raised for the organisation in ticket sales and donations since the first benefit show in 2012.
