Our workshop on December 10th will be led by Jeda De Brí.
“Adaptation: Page to Stage”
This workshop will focus on adapting one storytelling format to another and how the same story can be seen through countless different lenses.
We will create mini adaptations, looking at telling stories through dance/radio/stage/film etc. And then focus on one short prose extract and how to stage it and bring it to life.
Jeda de Brí is an award winning director and writer for stage and screen.
Recent credits include: Sauce (Bewley’s Cafe Theatre), Windows 21 (Abbey Theatre), 14 Voices from the Bloodied Field (Abbey Theatre), All Honey (Project Arts Centre)
