A workshop with our programme coordinator Phoebe Moore.

The workshop will be based on principles of ‘Forum Theatre’ : Forum Theatre uses theatre to achieve social aims. It is a form of theatre that encourages audience interaction and explores different options for dealing with a problem or issue. It was created by Brazilian Theatre practitioner Augusto Boal.

Phoebe Moore is an actor, writer and youth arts facilitator based in Dublin. She holds a B.A in Theatre and Sociology from Trinity College which informed her interest in socially engaged art. As an actor she has performed in Ireland and abroad, working with Dragonfly Theatre Company in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam and in Italy with the Theatre in Education company, Educo Italia.  Phoebe works regularly as an instructor with the Centre Talented Youth (CTYI) in association with DCU with whom she designs and delivers creative courses to young people aged 8-18. She currently works as the programme coordinator for Dublin Youth Theatre.
