Join us for DYT’s Debut One Act Festival 2025!

Join us for our annual Debut One Act Festival, otherwise known as DOAF. This is the first time that new members have the chance to perform publicly, as part of DYT, having worked through a rehearsal process with a professional director.

A totalitarian government has taken over the world enforcing a swathe of anti-youth laws, and these kids are just not about that. In an abandoned office block in Dublin, a group of young people are starting over, building a new society outside the regime. But when a new kid arrives at the camp, their bond and their beliefs are tested.

The apocalypse is going to happen. Eventually. But certainly not before the Four Horsemen deal with their interpersonal problems, or until God and St. Peter lose their patience with the quarrelling quartet.

A disparate group of young people must work together to free themselves from an escape room. In the process they realise they cannot escape who they are, only accept it.
