Dublin Youth Theatre is very excited to announce the appointment of Ellen Buckley as our new Artistic Director.
Ellen is a Mentor Director for National Theatre Connections, has directed two Debut One Act Festival shows: Tuesday and KJWC Inc. with DYT and holds an MFA in Theatre Directing (The Lir) and a PGDE in Education (UCL). Ellen’s directing credits include No Romance: A Desperate Business by Nancy Harris (Bewley’s Café Theatre) and The Aliens by Annie Baker (The Lir). Assisting/Associate work includes The Beacon (dir. Sara Joyce, The Everyman) and Emma (dir. Claire O’Reilly, Abbey Theatre).
