Celebrate Cruinniú na nÓg 2022 and explore storytelling for the stage with Dublin Youth Theatre!
This practical 90 minute workshop in DYT’s studio space is suitable for ages 14–18 and will include a vocal and physical warm-up, exploring text and improvisation, and acting for the stage.
Led by our experienced facilitators, you’ll get a taste of working as part of a team and use your body and voice to create characters, stories and situations in a fun and creative environment.
We’ll look at how stories are told, on and off stage, and how actors can begin to create together, with shared imagination.
You don’t need to bring anything – just wear comfortable clothes you can move around in!
You can choose from the 11am or 2pm workshop, both will cover the same material.
